Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bijou Odyssey. We want you to love your journey with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered.

  • Weekend/Holiday Extension: If your 30th day falls on a weekend or a recognized public holiday, your window is automatically extended to the next business day.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing and warehouse handling.

Order Cancellations

  • Unfulfilled Orders: You may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time before your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

  • Fulfilled Orders: Once an order is fulfilled and has left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.

How to Start a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package. To initiate a return, please email our support team at BijouOdyssey@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return warehouse address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (minus the restocking fee).
